1 Eligibility
We accept returns and issue refunds when a product:
- arrives damaged or leaking;
- does not match its Certificate of Analysis;
- is incorrect or missing from your order;
- is lost in transit.
2 Non-returnable
Because peptides are sensitive research materials, opened, reconstituted, or used vials cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match their COA. We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse on opened products.
3 How to request
Email support@peptideprosale.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll confirm eligibility and send return or replacement instructions — no restocking fee for eligible claims.
4 Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, crypto or bank transfer) within 5–7 business days of approval. For crypto, refunds are issued in the same coin at the amount paid.
5 Damaged or lost shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund it in full — see our shipping page for packaging and tracking details.
